In the event that a consumer receiving services from Residential Resources has a complaint, grievance, problem, or concern, they can set up a meeting with one of our regional directors to discuss their concerns.

All grievances shall be documented and Residential Resources will be responsible for providing a written response describing the resolution and/or outcome of the grievance.
